Procedures/testing Details
- In-Circuit-Testing: all the PCB ass'y after AI, SMT, MI and soldering are inspected by In-Circuit-Tester (ICT) to ensure that all the components mounted on PCB are proper and correct
- Functional Testing: all the PCB ass'y handled to set encasing are tested by to ensure the PCBA functions well
- Visual Inspection for QFP ICs: we have a special visual inspection for QFP ICs soldering to ensure reliable soldering quality
- Final Inspection for Finished Products: 100% in-line PQC and sampling inspection of OQC to ensure the stable quality of our outgoing products
