Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
We have a strict control procedure for all the incoming materials to turn out reliable products. Our key components are sourced from the US, Japan, Germany, and Taiwan area. We have 100% RoHS-compliant sources to make our products comply with RoHS directives.
Quality Control Procedures
In-circuit testing: all the PCB assemblies after AI, SMT, MI, and soldering are inspected by an in-circuit tester (ICT) to ensure that all the components mounted on PCB are proper and correct. Functional testing: all the PCB assemblies handled to set encasing are tested to ensure the PCBA functions well. Visual inspections for QFP ICs: we have a special visual inspection for QFP ICs soldering to ensure reliable soldering quality. Final inspection for finished products:100% in-line PQC and sampling inspection of OQC to ensure the stable quality of our outgoing products.
